Rockbrook summer camp is located in the heart of a wooded mountain in Brevard, NC. This summer camp was founded in 1921 and continues to provide an exciting and enriching summer camp experience for girls ages 6 - 16. At Rockbrook the individual camper is the most important person. Therefore, this summer camp program is designed to meet the needs of each camper by providing happy hours of adventure and recreation. The total program is planned in such a way that each girl has maximum opportunity to develop deep and lasting friendships.
Rockbrook's goal is that each camper will gain, at her own pace, a deeper understanding of herself and of her relationship with other persons and with the natural environment. Inspired by Rockbrook's standards, campers develop inner resources upon which character is built. This is all accomplished in a noncompetitive environment. Rockbrook summer camp is accredited by the American Camping Association and is approved by the North Carolina State Board of Health and has a Grade A rating. Rockbrook summer camp can accommodate 190 campers per session. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until sessions are filled. Early application is advised.
